Vincent Colman

Vin Colman

Mr. Vincent Colman serves on the Onterris Board of Directors and has been a Director since February 2025. He is a former partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he spent nearly 30 years as a partner and held senior leadership roles including Vice Chairman for the New York Metro Region, U.S. Assurance Leader and U.S. National Office Professional Practice Leader. He retired from PwC in June 2021.

During his tenure at PwC, Mr. Colman led work spanning strategy, portfolio optimization, business development, technology and innovation, data governance, quality, human capital, change management, regulatory relations, risk management, marketing and learning and development. Since November 2021, he has served as an advisor to Improve One, a multinational family office with a significant investment portfolio.

Mr. Colman serves on the Don Bosco Prep Board of Trustees as Finance/Audit Committee Chairman and is a member of St. John’s University Board of Governors, Finance Committee and Peter J. Tobin College of Business Advisory Board. He previously served on the Ramapo College Board of Trustees, including as Audit Committee Chair, and served on the board and audit committee of U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors from May 2023 until its sale in April 2024.

A frequent speaker on emerging governance, regulatory and professional issues, Mr. Colman previously served on the executive committee of the Center for Audit Quality and on advisory and professional practice groups for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.
