Mr. Richard Perlman serves as the Chairman of the Onterris Board of Directors and has been a Director since December 2013. He is a co-founder and Co-Executive Chairman Emeritus of ExamWorks Group, Inc., a provider of independent medical examination services. At ExamWorks, Mr. Perlman previously served as Co-Executive Chairman from January 2020 to December 2025, and as Executive Chairman from October 2010 to January 2020.
Mr. Perlman is also Chairman of Compass Partners, LLC, a merchant banking firm specializing in middle market companies that he founded in 1995. His prior roles include serving as Executive Chairman of TurboChef Technologies, Inc., PracticeWorks, Inc. and AMICAS, as well as serving on the board of The One Group Hospitality, Inc. He serves on boards of several privately held companies and sits on The Executive Advisory Board of The Wharton School, The Wharton Entrepreneurship Advisory Board and is also a part-time faculty member at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Perlman earned his undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
