Nasym Afsari serves as General Counsel and Secretary at Onterris. She leads the legal, risk and governance functions that enable teams to move quickly and manage risk with clarity while staying focused on execution for planet and progress.
Before joining Onterris, Nasym was an associate in the corporate practice at Paul Hastings LLP, where she advised business entities across corporate and business law matters.
She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles and a dual BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Nasym is admitted to the California Bar and is a member of the Corporate Section of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
