Kevin Gill joined Onterris in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, bringing more than 20 years of global human resources leadership.
Before Onterris, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Materials Handling Systems, Summit Materials and Guilford Performance Materials. He built succession planning and leadership development programs that supported Summit’s 2015 initial public offering and Guilford’s 2012 monetization. Earlier, Kevin held multiple HR leadership roles at Honeywell International across its Aerospace and Corporate divisions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a master’s in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University.
