Mr. Jim Price serves on the Onterris Board of Directors and has been a Director since December 2013. He is a co-founder and Co-Executive Chairman Emeritus of ExamWorks Group, Inc., a provider of independent medical examination services. At ExamWorks, Mr. Price previously served as Co-Executive Chairman from January 2020 to January 2025, as Chief Executive Officer from October 2010 to January 2020 and as Co-Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2010.
Before ExamWorks, Mr. Price served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of TurboChef Technologies, Inc. and PracticeWorks, Inc. He also co-founded AMICAS, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President and Secretary, and held executive roles at American Medcare. Earlier, he co-founded International Computer Solutions and served as an executive officer.
Mr. Price serves on the boards of several privately held companies and nonprofit organizations. He earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
