David specializes in guiding major resources, infrastructure and defense projects through State and Commonwealth approval pathways, with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, environmental impact assessment and statutory approvals strategy. He has led and authored approvals for some of Queensland’s most technically and regulatory complex projects, working closely with government agencies, technical specialists and project proponents to deliver clear, defensible outcomes.
