Allan Dicks serves as Chief Financial Officer of Onterris. He brings deep finance leadership across public companies, private businesses and private equity-backed environments, with a track record of supporting acquisitive growth.
Before joining Onterris, Allan held Chief Financial Officer roles across multiple industries, including a public Canadian health care company, a large privately held security services company and billion-dollar divisions within Dole Food Company, Inc. and Land O’ Lakes, Inc. He also served as Vice President of Finance at HD Supply, Inc.
Earlier in his career, Allan spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting in the assurance group and later serving as a senior manager in mergers and acquisitions.
Allan earned Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CPA (inactive).
