About Alexa
Alexa Camarena-Michel, MD brings extensive expertise in emergency medicine and medical toxicology to Onterris. As a board-certified physician, she leverages her broad clinical and academic experience to guide clients through complex toxicological issues with accuracy, insight, and a patient-centered approach.
Dr. Camarena-Michel has trained at leading institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, University of Minnesota, the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center, and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she is pursuing her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. She is faculty at University of Colorado, Denver Health, and Children’s Hospitals of Colorado and serves as co-chair for the BRIDGES section with the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology.
